I know I can’t be the only one with a crazy cat that likes to attack just about everything! Right? We tried getting him toys, but for some reason he would only play with the dogs toys. So we went on a mission to find something that he would like so that we could both be happy. I was so excited when I found out I was getting to review Cat’s Meow and to hopefully get some peace.

I was quite surprised at how easy it was to set up. It looked a little complicated when I first took it out of the box, but it look about 2 minutes to set up and get it going. For something that looks so simple, this thing really is a lifesaver. Of course I knew that the kitty would love it, but what I did not realize was that the whole family was going to be obsessed with it!

As soon as we set it up, both the cat and the dog started paying with it. They ended up playing with it for about an hour before we turned it off. They are definitely right when they say that it keeps your cat busy for hours! Our cat’s safe haven is in the kitchen, so we decided to keep the Cat’s meow there until we can find a better place for it. When the girls would go into the kitchen they would turn it on and hours later I would go looking for our kitty and would find him just sitting next to it and playing.

Even when he started to get tired he would continue to play with it until it was shut off. It keeps your cat’s attention by changing speed and direction so that they never get bored. After having such horrible luck picking out toys for our kitty, I was so happy that we finally found something he likes!

When we got our kitty, we pretty much rescued him. No, we did not get him from a shelter, but he was left outside with a bunch of other kitties and we brought him to a nice warm home. Since he was pretty much wild, we have had a hard time getting him to be easy when he plays. I think this toy has really helped because he plays so much that he ends up tired and doesn’t play with us so much. Which is great because he is more cuddly now!

I highly recommend Cat’s Meow to anyone that would love to keep their cat happy and busy so that they are not attacking everything else. Our kitty loves it and I’m sure yours will too! You can find Cat’s Meow on their website here.

When I was younger and had an older car my air conditioning didn’t work. I always wished that I had a solar powered fan to keep my car cool while I wasn’t in it so that it wasn’t so bad when I did get into it. Now we have a working AC but since our car is black with tinted windows, it gets really hot throughout the day. Sure once it cools down it stays cool, but I don’t like turning on the car and leave it running just to be able to get the girls in the car. I was so excited when I got the Kulcar!

So what is Kulcar? It is a Turbo powered fan that is placed above the window in your car that is solar powered. When in the sun the fans turn on to cool your car down without killing your battery or you needing to be there to turn it on. It is decently quiet and is easy to install.

The Kulcar comes with weather striping for you window that not only fits perfectly around the device, but also around you window. For our car, installation was a little more difficult because as you can see above, our back window are angled. After some cutting and sizing we had it installed in no time. It only took about 10 minutes to install even with cutting the strips to size. I also couldn’t believe how great it looked on our car!

Like I said earlier, our car gets really hot during the day. So if we want to take the girls anywhere we have to turn the car on, open the windows and let the AC run. I hate doing this for many reasons! One, I don’t like leaving my car on without me in it and of course I have to go back inside to get the girls after it has cooled down so this doesn’t really work for me. Two, I don’t like wasting gas. Three, it takes a lot longer then it should to cool down. With the Kulcar you can just leave it on and it will run when the sun is shining on your car and keep it cool and ready for you to get in.

The only thing I would suggest when using the Kulcar is that if you do have air conditioning in your car, I would push the solar panel down while driving so that it doesn’t turn on and off every two seconds. Other than that this device is easy to use and really comes in handy when it’s hot! I can’t wait until the weather is warmer to be able to really test this thing out!

I think that the Kulcar not only is a great product for the family, but that it would make a great gift. I mean really, who doesn’t want a cool car? Also it is a great idea for families with pets, so that they are safe in the car as well!

If you have a pet you know how hard it can be to take them anywhere. Whether it’s to a family get together or a Vet visit, sometimes our furry friends just don’t want to cooperate. Of course we can use one of those plastic pet carriers, but they are to hard and uncomfortable. Or we can always go with they purse idea, but personally, I will never be one of those people. I was so excited when I heard about the new Park Tote Pet Carrier from Quaker Pet Group/Sherpa!

This carrier is great because you can zip it up as a carrier on the go, or you can open it and lay it flat as a pet bed when you and your pet are not at home. At first I thought that this pet carrier would be just as hard or uncomfortable as the other pet carriers until I saw it in person. When I got it it was folded nice and flat and I didn’t even realize what it was at first!. It looked like a blanket or sleeping bag. I immediately folded it up and put our kitty in it to see how he liked it.

He seemed to like it quite a bit, which was surprising to me! Plus he matched! I kept catching him trying to jump in and sleep in it. He didn’t like it so much when it was laid flat, but he did love hiding in it while I had it out. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up or take down. There are zippers on each corner, 2 on top and a button to make sure that it will not accidentally open when it shouldn’t.

Another great thing about this carrier is that it comes with a faux lambskin lined insert that can be placed at the bottom for extra comfort. I could not believe how soft it was and I wished that I had a blanket as soft! The insert also helps keep the carrier sturdy, which obviously is pretty important with a carrier like this.

Unlike other carriers, when this one gets dirty you can just throw in in the washer instead of sitting there and scrubbing it. We all know accidents happen with out pets and we all need an easier and cleaner way to transport them. I fell in love with this carrier and so did our kitty!

Hello everyone! Sorry we have been missing Manicure Mondays! With everything going on I just keep forgetting! Today we are back again with another great Elegant Touch Nails review and we can’t wait to start!

I love dark and bright colors! I was very excited to try Elegant Touch’s Polished Jet Black Press on nail! They looked awesome and I couldn’t wait to put them on!

I was very surprised at how easy using the glue tabs was. A lot of the time with press-ons they make you really work to get them on! I hate it! With these they were very simple and I also didn’t have to put them in a perfect placement for them to stick. Even if they were a little bit crooked they still stuck to the nails really well.

I was amazed at how well they stuck on! I remember using press-ons and even though they looked great, they would only last a couple hours if I was lucky and didn’t hit anything on them. These nails stay on really well and even take some effort to get them off! Of course if you use some nail polish remover near the glue they come right off, but I was amazed at how well they were stuck to my nails.

Overall I am very ahppy with everything from Elegant Touch Nails. They have amazing products and beautiful designs. There is so much it is hard to choose anything! You can find something for any occasion! You can see these and other great Elegant Touch Nail products on their website here.

I loved all of the colors I was sent. The oranges and browns will be great for the fall and of course I love pinks, purples and grays so these will be used quite a bit. I love how pigmented they are and how well they stay on. As you can tell they come in matte, satin, and sparkle finishes and they all look amazing!

What I thought

I really loved this mascara. I am very picky about mascara and I love that this curls automatically without having to use a tool that pulls and bends your lashes. It stays on for a long time and makes my lashes look great! I love that it doesn’t clump or irritate my eyes! I can’t stand mascara that clumps because I always end up pulling at my lashes all night!

When we first started this blog, we did a review for Skoy Cloth. We decided to bring them back for a second review and to check out their new Skoy scrub cloths.

Each Skoy Cloth is 100% Biodegradable and Natural. One Skoy cloth can replace up to 15 paper towel rolls! They come in a variety of colors so they will fit in any kitchen! I love Skoy cloths because they are extremely absorbent and can be reused and washed in you dishwasher or washer/dryer. They last a long time and can clean just about any mess. We use them to wash our dishes, clean up the messes from the girls, clean the bathroom and so much more!

We also got to try out their Scrub Cloths. I was really excited to try these because I hate using sponges to try to clean pots and pans. I love that I can use these and just throw them in the washer when I am done instead of trying to clean them off and getting upset because I don’t want to use the sponge again. I am very glad that Skoy came out with these, because I would still buy sponges to be able to use the scrubbing side, but with these I can just continue to use Skoy products. I do wish that they had a double sided Skoy cloth with a scrubber on one side, so hopefully I will get lucky and they will come out with one!

As some of you know, I lost all my eyelashes when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter. Some of them have grown back, but I still don’t feel like myself without my long eyelashes! I don’t wear them all the time, but when I go out I love to wear false eyelashes to feel like my old self! I have tried many different brands and so far only one has not only made it easy for me to wear them but they actually stay on and don’t bother me all day. I was so excited when I got the news that I was getting to complete another Eylure review!

Eylure has something for everyone, which I love. I for the most part don’t do well with big bulky lashes so I asked for some of their more natural looking lashes and of course I had to have the KA-POW lashes from Katy Perry because I love her and purple. I was also sent a little starter kit which was a life saver!

First I will start with the kit. This kit is awesome because it comes with everything you need as a beginner to get the lashes on easily. I have a hard time getting the lashes on straight so this really helped. It comes with corner lashes so that you get the hang of it and regular lashes. I love the applicator tool and will use it forever!

Next is a set of lashes from their Naturalites Collection.

I love these because they don’t look overly fake. You can tell they are not real if you look closely, but I got tons of compliments about how long my lashes were while wearing them which was really nice.

Next is my favorite of all the lashes, Katy Perry KA-POW lashes.

I love these because unlike other brands with colored lashes, Eylure hid the purple lashes in between layers of black lashes. So you still get some color that makes your eyes pop, but not so much that people think you are nuts!

I love that Eylure lashes will last a whole day without starting to peel off! I don’t want to spend time adding something to my eyes that will drive me nuts all day and night. They have different styles for everyone so you can find just the right amount of lash for you!

Lately, I have been really getting into lipstick. I always used to hate wearing lipstick because it never lasted and I could never find a color I loved enough to apply it every 30 minutes. Since becoming a blogger I have been introduced to different lipsticks that stay put and that come in some beautiful colors! One of those amazing lipsticks is Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick!

I was able to snag Revlon’s Super Lustrous Lipstick in Pink Cognito and Fuchsia Shock. I love both of the colors and was amazed by how great they looked without even putting them on!

Pink Cognito

I love Pink Cognito! Since I don’t wear lipstick often I really love the more neutral colors. This has just the right amount of pink to not make you look dead, but also it is light enough to wear it just looks like you have perfect lips.

Fuchsia Shock

I think that Fuchsia Shock is my favorite of the two. Sure it is FAR from neutral, but it goes well with most of my makeup and doesn’t look funny. I have a very hard time pulling off reds and can barely pull off bright pinks, but this one is just too pretty not to wear! I think this is the prettiest lipstick I have ever seen and will definitely have to buy more when I run out!

I find it amazing how well these glide onto your lips. As you can see on my hand it almost blends into my skin instead of sitting on top of it. It moisturizes my lips really well and keeps them from drying out. I have very sensitive lips and they are always peeling and cracking, but with these it seems to hold the moisture in as well as adding some so my lips have never looked better.

A lot of lispsticks that I have tried, especially recently, have funny smells. Some have almost a perfume smell that stays long after the lipstick itself is gone, or they will smell like plastic or even oil. With these shades I barely notice a smell. I get migraines relatively easy so I am very happy with how these smell!

I highly recommend these to anyone that wears lipstick, or even anyone that wants to have something for a girls night out. You can find Revlon and all of their great products on their website here, or at a local Revlon retailer.

As a select few of you may know, my husband and I are absolutely obsessed with Monopoly. We play it all the time but I feel bad because it’s not something that we can play together as a family because our girls are just too little to understand the game. So I have been on the look out for games that the girls can play that not only are games they would like to play, but that they can understand and have fun with. This is why I was so excited to get the chance to review some new Wonder Forge Games.

Wonder Forge has great games that are made from your children’s favorite characters and more! We were able to snag a Sofia the First Magical Tea Time Game, a Jake and the Never Land Pirates Shipwreck Beach Treasure Hunt Game, and the Doc McStuffins All Better Game. My girls were so excited when they saw these games! So let’s get to what we thought about them!

I will start off with my girls favorite game of the bunch, the Doc McStuffins All Better Game!

This game is not one their favorite, but one of mine as well. It is pretty easy to understand and the girls LOVE the pieces. It comes with Slap Bracelet “band-aids” that have an instrument printed on the back of them. When it’s your turn you try to guess what instrument will fix their boo-boo. I think our favorite part of the game would have to be the bracelets just because who doesn’t love slap bracelets?! The girls will run around wearing them all day and will try to fix any and all boo-boo’s they find. It also comes with it’s own carrying case so that you don’t lose all the pieces!

Next up would have to be the Jake and the Never Land Pirates Shipwreck Beach Treasure Hunt Game.

We ended up sharing this game with the girls cousins. While Jake and the Never Land Pirates is one of my daughters favorite shows, this was the only game that she would share with her cousin. This game was a lot of fun as well. The coins have a magic hidden clue that can only be seen with the telescope and you take turns “hunting” for the treasure. I was a little worried at first about the sword being made out of foam, but as we played with it everything made sense! I thought that it would be one of those cheap swords that would break before you could even play the game, but to our surprise after hours of hitting everything in site it was still completely in tact. I was amazed! Not only that but if one of the kids hit another with it, it was soft and no one got hurt. So I would have to say that they made a great choice when designing the sword! All the kids had a great time playing this game and I can’t wait to play it with their cousin again!

Last, but certainly not least, Sofia the First Magical Tea Time game.

This is another one of the favorites! I was so glad when these games arrived because somehow Wonder Forge had the most amazing timing! Our games arrived and were waiting for us when we got home from taking our daughter to get an EEG. She thought it was Christmas! We definitely had a lot of fun playing the games with her and this was the first one that we broke out just for her. I love this game because my girls are obsessed with having tea parties, but they MUST have water in order to play. With this game you only use air! If you squeeze the teapot it blows air onto the cups that make them change color! The girls were so interested in how it worked that they playing with it for hours and they really do think it’s magic!

They had so much fun sharing their tea and having, well, a magical tea party! I was so excited that we had something to take our babies mind off of her head for a couple hours and I cannot thank Wonder Forge enough for that!
