Beauty Box 5 Review

I recently received a sample from Beauty Box 5′s subscription service. If you don’t already know, a sample subscription service will send you samples of different products every month for a small fee. Most of the time you end up getting more than your monies worth of products. It’s a very great idea, and with so many options you are bound to find at least on that you like.
This month Beauty Box 5′s box had the following samples:
Easy Peeling – New Face Effect
Blinc Mascara
Pur-lisse makeup remover
Becca Eye Tint
Everyday Minerals – mineral blush
I loved the Easy Peeling wipes. They were scratchy but they really helped my skin, and they felt much better than a traditional skin peel. I did not like the Blinc Mascara, I’m not sure whether it was because of the small tube or if it was just the product, but I really didn’t like it. The Pur-lisse makeup remover was really nice. It helped remove my makeup, and left my skin feeling very clean and very soft. The Becca Eye Tint was very interesting, but worked very well and stayed on for hours. Last but not least, the Everyday Minerals Blush was very nice, but I don’t normally wear any kind of blush.
I love that Beauty Box 5 comes with a variety of products instead of everything being the same. Some boxes will just send you a box full of eye shadows and call it a day. With Beauty Box you always know that what your getting will be an adventure, and you will probably find something that you will continue to purchase after your samples are gone. Emmi-dent Utrasound Whitening Toothbrush!

I know how much all of you love white teeth! But I also know that none of us want to pay hundreds of dollars to get our teeth professionally whitened, and most of us don’t want to use at-home chemicals to do it either. So now what? Since starting this blog I have had the opportunity to try many different teeth whitening products, and I can honestly say that this next product surpasses them all.
What looks like an ordinary electric toothbrush is actually something really amazing! Of course most toothbrushes out their promise to help give you those sparkly white teeth you deserve, but do any of them actually do so? In my personal experience these other toothbrushes may in fact give you results but those results do not appear until months later. With the Emmi-dent 6 Ultrasonic Toothbrush you don’t have to wait months to see results, you can see results in a matter of days!

At first I was skeptical of Emmi-dents claims about how fast their toothbrush works, but I was very eager to get the answers for you guys. Two days after using this toothbrush I could already feel the difference. My teeth were so much smoother, and I could even tell a difference in the color and overall appearance of my teeth. I can honestly say that I have never been happier with any other toothbrush.
Did you know that your average toothbrush cleans by applying abrasive particles found in toothpaste that can damage the enamel in your teeth? When I found this out I was shocked! So what makes Emmi-dent different from other toothbrushes? Emmi-dent works with what they call “nano-bubble” toothpaste that does not contain harsh abrasives, and that works with the ultrasound technology to not only clean your teeth but to also protect your enamel. Another great thing that this toothbrush does is that it cleans where your average toothbrush does not. Because it cleans with ultrasound instead of just bristles, the Emmi-dent can reach where other brushes do not and is able to lift the deeper stains from your teeth.
I love that the Emmi-dent not only comes with a stand, but it also comes with two brush heads and the toothpaste. So both me and my husband can use the same toothbrush by just using two different brush heads. What also really surprised me is how cheap the brush heads and the toothpaste is on their website. I thought that it would be very expensive to continue to use this brush when in my own experience it is actually cheaper in the long run to own an Emmi-dent than any other toothbrush. Not only do you get two for the price of one, but the accessories are cheaper than most other brands. Not to mention the great results you get from using it!
I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for white teeth. I love my Emmi-dent and everything about it, and I’m sure you will too!

Radio Flyer "How Do You Roll?" Groove Glider Scooter Review and Giveaway **Closed**

I remember when I was younger and everyone had a scooter, and if you didn’t have one you were not cool. I begged and begged until finally I got a scooter for Christmas. Other than the fact that it was blue and not pink I could not have been happier. Now that I have two little girls I live for those moments that make my girls happy. I was able to get Radio Flyer’s new Groove Glider to review, and not only was I excited but my little one was super excited to help me review her new toy.
When we first got the box we could not wait to open it, and as soon as my little girl saw it she pointed to the picture and said “cute!” She is two years old so any compliments from her mean a lot. I was a little surprised that we had to put it together, but it was very simple and took a matter of minutes to do. I could not believe how cute the scooter is. Its white and pink which is perfect for my little princess!
Now on to the fun part, learning to ride a scooter! Like I said earlier my daughter is only 2, so it will be a while before she will fully grasp the concept of riding a scooter. Even so she has learned to ride it for about a foot before falling over. It is very simple to ride, and is sturdy enough for me to show her how to ride it although I would not recommend it for adults. Another great feature is that the handle bar is adjustable so you can trust that it wont be too tall or too short for your princess to ride. My daughter will ask all day to ride her “Wee” and I love watching her learn to ride it. I know that this scooter will be around for a while and I know that her and her little sister will love it until they are too old for it.
So why is this scooter called the Groove Glider? Each Groove Glider Scooter comes with a removable mp3 speaker! You can connect virtually any mp3 player, such as your iPod, to the speaker and your little girl can listen to their favorite songs while they ride their favorite scooter. Since it is white and pink it will match just about anything so it can be placed on other toys she has or even her backpack. It also has a little mesh sleeve on the inside so that you know your mp3 player will be safe.
I definitely think that any little girl would be very lucky to get this scooter! My little girl loves her scooter and I’m sure yours will too! You can find this and other great Radio Flyer toys on their website here.
